The following Return Policy applies only to online purchases made through www.shopbellaragazza.com

All returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached and must be accompanied by the original receipt/RMA# approval form.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt date for a refund to original payment, exchange or store credit.
- Any returns thereafter may be denied.
- We do not offer returns on any of the following items: jewelry, hats, handbags, intimates, swimwear, hair accessories, sunglasses, fragrance, and sale items.
- All shipping charges are non-refundable (unless you received damaged, defected, or wrong item(s).
- Please visit www.shopbellaragazza.com and choose INITIATE RETURN at the bottom of the home page. Follow the instructions to receive a refund, exchange or store credit.

- You may bring your on-line purchases to the Bella Ragazza store for a return, exchange, or store credit. If you are mailing your return back, securely pack your merchandise and receipt/return form in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Feel free to use your preferred shipping method or use provided shipping label. If you use shipping label provided, $7 will be deducted from your refund/store credit amount.

- You should expect to receive your refund/store credit within 7-10 business days of giving your package to the return shipper depending on the time of transit back to our warehouse. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 - 7 business days) and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 - 3 business days).
- All returning items must be returned through traceable mail (tracking number).
- If an item is returned that is not eligible for return, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
- Should you receive an item as a result of our error, received an incorrect item or defective item, we will pay the return shipping costs and issue you a return label.
- All of the products we sell and promote we stand behind 100%, however we are not able to grant an exchange,refund or store credit on any jewelry items. Certain metals, over time, do have a tendency, in some instances, to alter slightly in color or variation due to the metal itself. Its contact with water, soap or natural oils in the skin against the metal, sunlight, or oxygen are some causes that create the color variation.
- Bella Ragazza LLC reserves the right to inspect any returned items for damages and make judgments as whether the item(s) were worn, altered, and/or washed. We reserve the right to charge a restock fees for non-compliance to our policy or to deny a return in part or full.
